I am looking for a small house in Corrèze (3 bedrooms - 125 m²) with 3 ha of meadows for horses. No neighbours. No streams, springs or ponds.

I am looking for a stone property, no more than 20 minutes from Brive, which may or may not be immediately habitable, with the possibility of creating a riding school and an arena for training horses (therefore flat land). 8 ha minimum. Preferably no existing equestrian facilities. 400 k€ to 800 k€.
