I am looking for a stone property, no more than 20 minutes from Brive, which may or may not be immediately habitable, with the possibility of creating a riding school and an arena for training horses (therefore flat land). 8 ha minimum. Preferably no existing equestrian facilities. 400 k€ to 800 k€.
