« After several weeks of tattoos to fix the selling price, Hugues DE SMEDT took charge of the sale of the house. 3 days later, the compromise was signed. .../... A few months later, the official sale at the notary's office was completed. This is the classic pattern of a satisfactory sale, admittedly... What Hugues DE SMEDT brought to the table was the resolution of a number of issues between buyer and seller, i.e. the introduction of an inspection by an organisation such as SOCOTEC when doubts arose during the sales process. He also worked with all the parties involved in the sale to ensure that everyone got what they wanted, even though the sale was taking place in the context of a divorce and not everyone was necessarily able to agree on the various terms of the sale. He was able to listen, understand and bring all the parties together so that the sale was completed to the satisfaction of both buyer and seller. It wasn't easy because there were conflicting views, and dialogue wasn't always easy between certain parties during the sale. With speed, availability and professionalism, all the obstacles were removed. I am very happy to have met this estate agent and to have benefited from his work. »
