« Perfect 10/10 Dear Mr Passard (New Deal Immobilier) We had been looking for a house in the South-West of France for just over 6 months from Belgium, with a view to moving there permanently. We knew exactly what we were looking for (number of bedrooms, wc, bathroom, shower room, living area, plot size, amenities, etc.). We had sent a 6-page document to a large number of estate agents. Some carried out in-depth research, while others provided us with information even though one, two or even several criteria didn't meet our expectations. We came to the region and visited many properties. One Friday you phoned me and told me about a property that seemed to match 100% of what we were looking for. The following week we were to visit 4 departments (Dordogne, Lot et Garonne, Tarn et Garonne and Tarn), with visits on each day. On Tuesday 25 February we had an appointment with you at a specific location. We followed you and entered a housing estate. You stopped and we knew from the street alone that this was what we were looking for. Once we entered the house, it was love at first sight. EVERYTHING in our long letter was there. After the visit, we had two more appointments. When we got to the second appointment, we decided in the car that it would be the house you had shown us. We rearranged our appointment for 3pm. At exactly 3pm, we visited again and an offer was signed. We then cancelled all our other appointments. We returned to Brussels and the lock-up came. From a distance, we signed the preliminary sales agreement. The deed had to be signed between 15 June and 15 July 2020. The wait was long and worrying, because we were going to be able to move out. During those long weeks, we kept in touch by email and telephone. You were there to reassure us, but also to answer any questions we had. You were there to listen. You kept us informed. And on 2 July, we met at the notary's office and signed the deed of sale. We'd like to take this opportunity to express our great satisfaction with the way you handled this sale/purchase from start to finish. Your sales skills are second to none. You have great skills and we would like to thank you wholeheartedly for your work and rest assured that we will not fail to recommend YOU and New Deal Immobilier.
